We're Moving to a New Software System!

We've made the switch to a brand-new practice management platform called Practice Q, and we couldn't be more excited about it. Why the change? Two big reasons:

First, this new system allows us to provide better service and more easily expand what we offer you in the future. Second, it delivers the kind of modern, user-friendly digital experience that we all expect from our software these days — and frankly, that you deserve.

What This Means for You — Lots of Great Features

With Practice Q, you'll have full access to a robust patient portal where you can:
- Reschedule appointments online at your convenience
- View invoices and receipts for payments whenever you need
- Update your credit card or your insurance
- Send us secure messages

- View and print lab orders
- Easily upload documents

Everything you need, right at your fingertips.

A Bonus for Families!

For our families — great news! The new system features a combined patient portal for both parents and children. That means no more switching between different profiles for each family member. You can manage everything for your whole family in one convenient place.

Updated Forms and Policies

Along with the new system, we've taken this opportunity to refresh and update all of our forms. These updated forms will better explain our current services — including functional psychiatry — and will include new consents for our use of AI-powered research tools that help us provide cutting-edge care backed by the latest scientific evidence. We've also updated various policies, including our cancellation policy, so please take a moment to review everything. 

We Need Your Help! 🙏

Here's the part where we ask for a small favor. Unfortunately, certain information — like insurance cards and credit cards — doesn't transfer over to the new system. That means we need every client to:

1. Log into the new patient portal

2. Upload your current insurance card

3. Update your credit card on file

4. Review and sign the new consent forms

We'll be sending out links tomorrow, Monday, July 13, so you can get started right away.

A Few Other Updates

We want to let you know that Carla, our administrative assistant, is no longer with the practice. Going forward, my husband Josh will be stepping in to help with questions and scheduling appointments. He's wonderful, and we know you'll enjoy working with him!

What's NOT Changing

Don't worry — plenty of things are staying exactly the same:
- Your telemedicine link remains unchanged
- You'll still receive appointment reminders as usual
- You can still call or text our office anytime

- Our billing team at 520-650-6417 can help with any current account questions or receipts from the old system
- The NEW patient portal link is also available on our website at www.rrwellness.org

Keep an eye on your inbox tomorrow, July 13 — you'll be receiving two emails from us:

1. An individual invite to the new patient portal and secure messaging system

2. A second email with a link to complete your new client forms

If you run into any tech issues logging into the patient portal, please text us at 480-630-4434 and we'll get you sorted out. For anything else, we encourage you to start using the secure patient portal for messaging — it's easy, convenient, and keeps your information private.
